The Edge

In this second workshop, participants move from knowledge to wisdom. It is a continuation of the work begun on Back to Basics, and although each part is complete in itself, it is highly recommended that participants go on to do The Edge, as this is where it "all comes together". It is about transforming your life and stepping into your power with truthfulness and authenticity. Each of us have had times in our lives where we catch a glimpse of the extraordinary, for example - the birth of a baby; a beautiful sunset; the rapture of beautiful music and so on. The Edge is about the possibility of tapping into your life as ordinary as it might seem, but experiencing it as extraordinary all of the time, going beyond the predictability and limitations we have placed on ourselves.

Until we look deep inside to find our true selves, we identify with our life circumstances, our past and our bodies, believing this to be who we are. These beliefs reside in our subconscious and until we start to undo the conditioning of our pasts, our lives may feel rather superficial, stuck in a rut, difficult and at times meangingless. To be free is realising that we are more than our bodies, our attitudes, culture and beliefs and that our essence is one of love, joy and strength.

The Edge represents a further step on the journey of self-exploration, resulting in a crystal clear knowing of who you really are. This is the beginning of a life filled with purpose and meaning, fuelled with passion and enthusiasm for life itself. You will have the opportunity to discover and experience your full potential.

You will experience your essence in all it’s magnificence and beauty.

    It takes real commitment and willingness to look at your behaviour patterns and beliefs, deciding which work for you and which don't. It also takes a willingness to experience yourself in all your magnificence, wholeness and beauty. It has been said before that we are not afraid of failure but of success!

    The prerequisite for The Edge is full completion of Back to Basics. The next Edge workshop will be on 18th - 21st October 2018

    The Edge runs over 4 days(35 hours) and
    approximate timings are as follows:

    Thursday: 6.00pm to midnight
    Friday: 2.00pm to midnight
    Saturday: 1.00pm to midnight
    Sunday: 10.00am to 6.00pm

    There are regular breaks throughout and refreshments of tea, coffee, water and biscuits will be provided. Please bring packed lunches, dinners and snacks as there will not be sufficient time to go out for lunch and dinner breaks. Light food is advised and comfortable clothing is best.
